Cancellation Policy

2026 Yoga Class Pass Policy The 10-Class Yoga Pass is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase and may only be used during the 2026 season. All unused classes will expire after the three-month validity period and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Weather-Related Cancellations If a class is canceled by the studio or instructor due to weather or unsafe conditions, the missed class will not be counted against the student’s pass. Students will be permitted to reschedule the canceled class at no additional charge. Student Cancellation Policy Students who cancel a scheduled class less than 24 hours prior to the class start time will forfeit that class session. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. By purchasing a class pass, students acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
